MAPA Products Adjustable Assemblies are typically used as an accessory to the MAPA Stainless Bridging Systems and Strut Supports.
These Adjustable Assemblies are produced from 3/8" stainless steel all thread and are available in 5" (MS-AT5) and 9" (MS-AT9) rod lengths.
Either a Nylon Snap N Strut clamp or a SS clamp w/ UV Stabilized Rubber Cushion is available providing vibration isolation and separation of dissimilar metals as well as acts as a cushion between the piping and its supporting structure.
Manufactured with stainless steel all thread rod, a stainless steel axle and a UV protected rubber roller, the MAPA roller assemblies provide an excellent accessory to the MAPA Bridging Systems and Strut Supports when installing natural gas piping along a common corridor with other piping.
The design of the Snap-N-Strut Clamps makes them the perfect accessory to MAPA Products Nylon and Stainless Strut Supports and Bridging Systems. Snap-N-Strut Clamps and Strut Nuts are produced from a high performance UV stabilized 6/6 nylon resins possessing exceptional long-term stress resistance and chemical stability over a wide range of temperatures.
The hinged, snap-on lock arm adjusts for pipe O.D. variations, affording each hanger the ability to accommodate several different pipe sizes. The upper and lower engagement plates are designed to grip the strut and restrain lateral movement along its length. When the pipe is inserted into the hanger, the hanger can no longer turn. Thus, even the need for a lock nut is eliminated. With a totally non-metallic design, there is no need to isolate copper tubing. Eliminating the concern for galvanic corrosion.

MAPA Products Heavy Duty Walk Pads provide further protection to the roof membrane while increasing the overall footprint of the support and its load limit. Walk pads are manufactured from 1/2" 100% recycled black rubber Use as a heavy-duty pad for all supports when an increased footprint is desired on the roof surface. Additionally the weight limit of the support may be increased by 20%. MAPA Products also provides a standard 1/2" X 24" X 24" tile which in many cases confirms to commercial building codes requiring walkways be installed on roofs to prevent damage to the roof.

The Series 3000 Fuel Gas Sensor is designed to operate as an independent detection device for use where only a notification signal to a monitoring system is desired. This unit is self-powered and features both 24VAC and Dry Contact monitoring points.
A flashing beacon located on the wall plate will notify the user that raw gas has been detected. Once the delay time expires, a signal is transmitted to the Controller. Applying the signal to the Controller will turn OFF the gas circuit, as well as any other circuit that has selected programming to monitor for raw fuel gas detection. The beacon will then remain ON continually until the sensor has been reset. The sensitivity of the sensor is preset at the factory to 500ppm but may be adjusted up to 100,000ppm.
Time delay feature optional pre-set @ 0, 10, 20 or 30 seconds to allow for a momentary delay in notification when raw gas is detected, enabling the user to turn OFF a fuel gas outlet before a notification signal has been sent.
Reset of the unit will only occur once no raw gas is detected. Reset is accomplished by Re-keying the Utility Controller to which it is connected (Series 1000 Only), or by the panel mounted reset switch. Reset by Re-keying the controller will also turn back ON all utilities disabled by the sensor that have their service switch in the ON position.
Model ESM-100 & ESM-200
This Monitoring Unit is equipped with a micro-flow switch , time-delay relay, and a two (2) foot control cable. Unit is provided complete with junction box and mounting hardware. Connection to the Controller PC Board is made at the “Auxiliary Panic” Terminal for Series 100 or to "Isolated Panic" for Series 200. Unit is not intended as a stand-alone component. Refer to the RMS series Monitoring Units for stand-alone capabilities.
Enclosure: Use these Relays to connect devices for use with the ISIMET Utility Controller. Enclosures are available with relay with (Model # IEx-R-S). When ordering replace x with the number of relays needed in the enclosure. Resets are sized to meet amperage requirements of the Connected solenoid.
The ISIMET Time Control Unit provides the time sequencing feature common to systems that are integrated with a building automation or management system"EMS". Similar to those systems, this unit includes a 7-day time switch that can be set to specific times of "ON" and "OFF" periods of operation.
The standard Stainless Steel Shroud extends above the roof line thirty-six inches with an additional twelve inches beneath roofline so as to permit the unit to be securely fastened to the roof structural members by securing the under-deck mounting flange to a welded deck flange. The roof flange is provided with fastening hardware to enable the intaller to secure the flange first against the shroud and then onto a deck flange.
Pedestals are furnished completely assembled.
